01 / THE IDEA
What is it?
Borg Lab is a project to explore Kubernetes using three Raspberry Pi nodes. It gives distributed-systems ideas a small, tangible setting in which to learn about scheduling, networking and what happens when parts of a system stop working.
02 / THE DIRECTION
What I’m aiming for
- Build an understandable three-node learning environment.
- Practice deploying and managing small workloads.
- Explore networking, storage and service discovery.
- Experiment with failure and recovery, and document the lessons.
